Dubstop

So I heard a rumour that FWD is moving to sunday nights now, presumably so that DJ's can go and play their big friday night bookings at ministry/universities and earn their P's playing boring main room wobblers to drunk students. Why play to 100 people when you can play to 1000? Fine, fair enough, whatever. We all knew dubstep would stumble drunk down the same cul-de-sac as drum and bass and here it is.

On the plus side new hyperdub releases on the way, Kode9 pushing things FWD with new releases from L.v, responsible for the massive Takeover dub previously released on hyperdub, and Samiyam, who I think is mates with Flying Lotus and makes the same kind of J. Dilla inspired beats. Huge props to Kode9 for steering hyperdub away from a ship that is gradually sinking.
